What Is MyMobilization?

MyMobilization is a searchable knowledge base for Mobilization guidance, policy information, procedures, and reference material.

It exists to help Mobilization information live in one consistent place instead of being spread across emails, chats, documents, and individual memory.

Why It Exists

Mobilization action depends on accurate and consistent guidance. MyMobilization helps collect that guidance so users can find the current answers more easily, understand the process behind common workflows, and identify where to go when additional support is needed.

Who It Supports

MyMobilization is primarily built for Mobilization Leaders and others who support or interact with Mobilization workflows. It may also be used by all Greyshirts looking for general Mobilization policy or guidance.

Some content is broadly available to everyone. Other content may be restricted because it includes internal procedures, decision-making workflows, templates, or operational details.

What It Contains

MyMobilization may include:

  • Mobilization policies and general guidance
  • Process explanations
  • Leader procedures
  • Reference materials
  • Templates and scripts
  • Frequently asked questions (Some FAQSs are also available on the Help Desk)
  • Links to related systems or support channels

Keeping It Current

Information is only useful when it is accurate, current, and easy to trust. MyMobilization depends on users helping identify content that may need review.

A page does not need to be recently updated to be current. Some policies and procedures may remain accurate for a long time without changes. However, if something appears outdated, unclear, incomplete, or inconsistent with current practice, please open a Help Desk ticket so it can be reviewed and corrected.

You can check the page details to see when a page was created and last updated. On desktop, page details appear on the right side of the page. On mobile, they can be found under the Info tab.
