How to Search and Navigate

MyMobilization is designed to help you find Mobilization guidance quickly. You can search for a specific topic, browse by section, or follow links between related pages.

Quick Navigation

Use the search bar to quickly find Mobilization guidance by topic, policy, process, or keyword. On desktop, the search bar is located at the top center of the page. You can also use the Shelves and Books buttons in the upper-right corner to browse available content.

On mobile, tap the three dots in the upper-right corner to access Search, Shelves, and Books.

If you know what you are looking for, use the search bar first. Search works best when you use clear, specific words related to the policy, process, or question you have. If your first search does not find what you need, try a different word or a simpler phrase.

Browse by Topic

If you are not sure what to search for, start with the Mobilization shelf and browse the books listed there. Books group related content by major topic. Chapters may be used inside a book to group related pages. Pages contain the actual guidance, policy, procedure, or reference information.

Some pages may include links to related policies, procedures, forms, or support resources. These links help connect related information and reduce duplicate guidance.

If a page points you to another page for more detail, use that linked page as the more specific source for that topic.

Check Page Details

You can check the page details to see when a page was created and last updated. On desktop, page details appear on the right side of the page. On mobile, they can be found under the Info tab.

A page does not need to be recently updated to be current. If something appears outdated, unclear, incomplete, or inconsistent with current practice, please open a Help Desk ticket. A link to the Help Desk is always available in the site footer.

When You Cannot Find an Answer

If you cannot find the answer after searching and browsing, use the appropriate support or escalation channel. When opening a Help Desk ticket, include what you were trying to find and what question still needs to be answered.
