Welcome to Mobilization
MyMobilization is a central place to find Mobilization guidance, policy information, and reference material.
It is intended to help Greyshirts (Team Rubicon volunteers) better understand how Mobilization supports operations, how common processes work, and where to find reliable information. Mobilization guidance may include topics such as deployment readiness, availability, selection, reconfirmation, dispatch, travel expectations, demobilization, and other processes that help move Greyshirts to and from operations.
Some information in MyMobilization is available to everyone, while internal procedures and leader-specific resources may be limited to approved users. If you cannot access a page or section, it may be intended for Mobilization Leaders or other internal teams.

Important Note
MyMobilization provides Mobilization guidance, procedures, and published policy information.
Published Mobilization policies should be followed. If guidance appears unclear, outdated, incomplete, or inconsistent with another source, follow the appropriate Mobilization escalation path so it can be reviewed, clarified, or corrected.
