1. Purpose
To safeguard life and maintain stable operations within all orbital habitats managed by the Anchorlight Consortium.
2. Scope
Applies to all crew, researchers, and visitors aboard orbital platforms, stations, and research habitats operating in low, mid, or high orbit.
3. Policy Statement
- Life support systems must maintain continuous telemetry and redundant backups.
- Crew must complete certified emergency training annually.
- Safety drills are to occur quarterly per station directive.
- Radiation shielding must meet or exceed baseline protection standards.
- Command centers must maintain 24/7 communication with Orbital Operations Control.
