1. Purpose

2. Scope
This policy appliesApplies to all Anchorlightcrew, Consortium–managedresearchers, and visitors aboard orbital habitats,platforms, stations, and research platformshabitats operating in low, medium,mid, or geosynchronoushigh orbit. It covers both permanent crew and transient personnel, including visiting technicians, research teams, and supply missions.
3. Policy Statement
All orbital facilities must adhere to the safety principles outlined in this policy to ensure the protection of human life, critical systems, and habitat infrastructure.
